Who are we?
Pinky Ring Pizza is a fast casual pizza shop serving slices for lunch and whole pies in 14 and 18 inch options throughout the day. This location has been home to pizza for decades, and we’re proud to carry that tradition forward. Built by our family and rooted in Madison, we’re here to serve the neighborhood simply and well with good pizza and genuine hospitality.
What makes you DIFFERENT?
Our pizza is made with a three day cold fermented dough using long maintained starters for distinct flavor and texture. We use U.S. milled hard red winter wheat flour, Wisconsin cheese without caking agents, California tomatoes, and whole produce prepped in house daily. These choices take more time and care, but allow us to serve better pizza while supporting a team paid a living wage.
Do you cater?
We are a small operation with limited oven capacity. While we’re happy to accommodate parties and larger orders when possible, availability may depend on the date and time.
